Faye possibly had something to do with Sarah having a Day. Maybe not this Day, but she's definitely been the cause of issues before. And as Sarah starts to walk home, Faye spots her and can't help but fuck with her a little. So just as she turns a corner, a column of fire leaps straight up in the path in front of her. She puts plenty of distance there to keep Sarah from being hurt. It's just a scare tactic.

But the fire is very real. And Faye is definitely not far away, smirking as she watches it all play out.
