Noah makes a face at this because when it's flipped around, he doesn't know if he loves spontaneity. He wants to learn all of the things, all of the things about Sarah Monroe. So now that she has caught him in this perfectly laid plan here, he knows there is no other option.

"In that case, I say we throw spontaneity out the window and just come out with it. I'll give you one more because I'm such a generous fellow and then I want one of your hidden talents in return," he says, tapping his finger against her jaw and leaning into kiss that tiny smirk of hers with a smile against her mouth. "You know I can play the guitar but I can also play a bit of piano. I'm just not as good at the piano."

He'd probably be better if he got some practice in, but they don't have a piano readily at home. As she knows, he doesn't really like to play in front of other people. Sarah is the only one who has ever heard him do so.
